well, to put muscle mass you have to be in a surplus. to get visible abs and veins (this dude has ab veins) you’d have to do a fairly sizable cut to reach 6-9ish % bodyfat. everyone holds bodyfat differently, though.

Good question. I dont think sex appeal should be the main thing girls should take away from any of your pics. Your sex appeal should come as secondary appeal from amy of your pics, from your profile text and from what you write. I dont think your great looks should be the main thing either. Your interests
What youre like to be around (when youre at your best)
Your humor
and something that has a non gay feel of intimacy

These are all fucking hard because posing is such a turn off. Really the best pics have been shot sort of accidentally. Itll be one where youre drunk with some friends and youre goofing around or having a solemn moment. That authenticity is hard to recreate.

I should try to find examples that can be recreated which I like and which have an aspect of sex appeal. Im a girl and i have strong opinions on this because its really lacking on okcupid which i use. It sucks. Gimme some time
