Listen... You're not incredibly ugly, most of what is unattractive about you is within your power to fix.
You don't have to cut your hair, but you should take better care of it. It's frizzy and unkempt. Find out your hair type and use products that cater to it. Probably like a frizz balm/smoothing serum/deep conditioner, idk but put some effort into finding out what you should use.
Work on your makeup application, figure out which colors flatter your features/eye color, and don't go overboard. Once again this takes effort but with some research you can figure it out.
Lastly... To bring out the bone structure in your face/other places, you're going to need to lost some weight. You don't need to get skelly mode to see improvement, just make better decisions as far as what you're putting into your body. Cut the soda, drink more water, eat at a slight calorie deficit, and start an exercise regime. Doesn't have to be super intense at first. For a while it's gonna suck, and if you don't commit you wont see improvement. But if you put in the work, 6 months from now you won't recognize yourself.
Start a simple skincare routine that targets your specific skin issues. Your skin actually seems pretty nice, so that's good!

Also, since this is fa, you should invest in quality clothing that flatters your shape. Don't try to shove yourself into something you see other girls wearing or being one of those body posi landwhales in a crop top. If you stick to exercising and eating right, one day you can wear whatever you want. Keep it simple for now.

Don't get discouraged. You've got this. Your body is the one thing in this world you have complete control over. Don't let it control you.
