For me what stands out the most about this is that the shoes don't work. The sweater/pants combo also looks kind of awkward but the fact that you're skinny actually saves it. I really do like your fits but desu your makeup is awful. It's not even the fact that I don't usually care for bright colored eyeshadow, which I don't, but it's more that it's very sloppily applied and not blended well. You should either work on your application or just go for a natural, dewy look. You've got a cute enough face that you could really pull it off.
