I would recommend that you:

The first thing I recommend to every Australian is to moisturize, holy shit. Moisturize your face, body, and hair.
Our air is too consistently dry and dusty, and Euro/US skincare threads often overlook that.

As far as being /fa/shionable, just find a style that you like. Nothing inherently suits any race more than another, although purples and yellows will suit your skintone.

If you have the body type I'm guessing, flared skirts are your friend for emphasizing a feminine shape.

Also google the 'curly girl method' for hair. It's impossible to find good black hair products in Aus, so curly hair is often neglected here (which is bad because, again, dry air.)
