Allo Skull is badass but non-paleo people may see it and go "oh wow look at that T-Rex" and then you have to babble quickly about how Allos are completely different creatures. If you don't mind that, then go for it. If you would rather avoid confusion, then Ichthyosaur would be the way to go. their skulls are cool and would fit nicely on the arms or legs. they're a bit to long to wrap around like my T-Rex does, so a vertical placement would probably work better.
