I have acne prone skin and I use a CeraVe cleanser and their SPF moisturizer. If I break out I use a sulfur spot treatment. Try out zinc too if your multivitamin doesn't already have an adequate amount of it. Make sure you're washing your pillowcases often and drinking water. Your hair may be the cause of a lot of your skin problems too. I would buzz it or wear it in a ponytail until I got my skin under control.
