this shit is pissing me off brehs
I want a sweater similar to the far right in white, a medium-heavy twill sort of weave that won't absorb dirt and grime and looks dressy, and suitable for a very large and muscular man

But all I can find are 1. shitty athletic fleece poly knit sweaters 2. fisherman type knits that get horrendously dirty and look effeminate 3. fairy weight sweater vests for wearing under a suit or looking as metrosexual as possible and dont fit a large man's frame at all

anyone got any leads on a sort of twill or athletic-y knit sweater vest that doesn't look like cheap athletic wear or something out of a retiree's closet?

Some LL Bean stuff arrived today, its not great.

Really just wanted the chino belt during their sale and needed something else to qualify for the free shipping, so I grabbed a Scotch Plaid Flannel.

The collar and sleeves are easily +2 inches longer than their sizing chart claimed, and the thing is shedding like a fucking dog. The sleeve placket has no forearm button so there's just this gaping hole. There's a lot of talk online of how much LL bean flannels shrink, but no matter how many times I wash the fucker it doesn't lose a millimeter

Colour/pattern is really nice though, far nicer than the website pictures. Should I give it a chance and see what my tailor can do, or just write the thing off and try and recoup my losses on ebay?

Yeah I had them make me a pair of boat shoes last year. Fit TTS. Great quality for boat shoes, very comfortable. Worth the money IMO if you’re like me and hate Sperry’s. I have heard Rancourt is just as good for cheaper, but don’t have a pair so can’t really comment. Also they took fucking forever, it was at least 2 months before I received my shoes.

I like the look of Dockers Alpha Khaki's but I don't know where else to look.

depends on your body, if you are fit even walmart pants will look good and get you girls, but if you are a lardmass, skinny fat or a skeleton you need a tailor to catch them, but it wont work in bed since you are not fit, so basically just roll over and die
