How would /fa decorate or change layout?

Im renovating and helpful tips are appreciated. Where it says hall I plan on making a walkin closet. The room next to balcony will be bedroom and only fit a doublesize bed.

are there any plumbing hookups around the stove? if not, you could flip the oven/stove counter and in line with the sink. Then make a box / larger room running a wall from the large window. then you get a studio type open plan above and a room that is twice as big below.

Would prefer having living room and bedroom separate, but was an interesting idea to divide up the spaces.

The evening sun comes directly in to the window and a pretty good bit through the balcony as well. To the right of the big window is a view of the town so that space should be a bit of focus. straight ahead is the other building and to left is the river
