It really depends, but I try to balance it out
So today I ate for breakfast a protein chocolate pudding, 1 apple and 1 egg, in the evening I had cheese with rice cakes and tomatoes and 1 banana (1000 calories)
But many people recommend to eat more protein if you eat little, so u feel more satisfied
You will get kinda used to it, I don't eat in the night tho
Don't worry even if u r 5ft tall like me, u can still lose with 1000 calories

I think you guys are scared of muscle, because you think you'll look like the second pic.
If you're in deficit and do things like running, or swimming, or cardio-based workouts-you won't bulk up. Even if you did bulk up, you would just need to stop working out and keep eating in deficit.

With working out and weight loss think of those California model-types. Women may be genetically predispositioned to have minimal muscle gain, but they also eat like birds and do pilates. Toning will always make you look thinner, and if you hate it-just let your body eat the muscle away. If you're already thin it doesn't matter as much, but I've seen "always skinny" people who "can't put on weight" look so soft while the same people who work out look 10x better.

It's effort, you get out of it what you're putting in.

I have a serious question, anons.

Is it possible that some people just....can't be /thinspo/?

I've tried it on and off for about 6 years. I do the usual-- no alcohol, exercise, tracking my calories (1000-1200cals), solid diet with lots of greens and whole foods.

The problem is that about 2.5 months after this constant regime, I feel so lethargic and tired. This is odd because my doctor says IU'm healthy with 0 health issues. Regardless, I can't move, and I get lightheaded and dizzy. I have almost passed out on several occasions and do see stars. My SO tells me that I get exceptionally rude and asks me to stop dieting so hard. I fail 3x a year at this, and I'm at my wits end.

I'm not fat by any stretch, but I'm not thinspo either. I feel like I'll be stuck at 130 lbs, 5'4" for the rest of my life. I'm not really coming up with excuses. I know how exceptionally strict I've been with myself, and it still never pans out because of how sick I feel after a few months.

Am I doing something wrong? Is is possible I'm just not meant to be skelly? Why is this happening to me, when everyone else in this thread can do it no problem?

I know the struggle, anon. It might help to schedule a few days of eating at maintenance then going back to cutting calories. 1 week out of every month or 1-2 days a week or something, whatever ratio you’d feel comfortable with. Make sure you’re getting the right vitamins and electrolytes and all that too, I’ve found that helps a bit with the dizzy feeling.

I lasted 3 days of surviving off only unsweetened tea and salted water before I nearly chopped a finger off at my kitchen job because of the tremors and the chef forced me to sit down and eat. But I’ve done a juice fast for a little over a week and a half, hardly feeling hungry until I was tempted with food and wine when I went to my sister’s grad party.

120 feels pretty good and looks good. I've found 120 and under to be difficult to maintain and much less than 120 i tend to feel like shit. 120 is a good goal though, but I've found that a bit heavier is way easier to maintain and looks pretty much the same.

have you tried OMAD? I actually get a bit of a buzz off fasting, versus if I eat small meals throughout the day I'm always famished. With OMAD I'll have periods where I get hungry, but the hunger comes in waves and I always know it will pass.
