Even a thin beard can look good on the right face. But uhh, I'd say one hideously patchy, or dark and curly and thin. Dark curly hair looks good if you have a thick beard, but if it's patchy, it tends toward pot dealer core. If you have a brown uniform beard, that's all you need. Blond or red is better.

Shit mustache genetics usually are most visible. A good beard really stems from a good mustache.
