I have no idea how many calories are in the ramen packets but at most it's 5-10. All it is is a ground up boullion cube with some seasoning, and it doesn't taste sweet so the amount of sugar in it is probably 1/32 of a teaspoon, not even 1 calorie.

Pic Related is another option if you can squeeze in 10 calories. You have to buy the Roast Chicken flavor because regular chicken is for idiots who don't appreciate flavor. It needs some extra seasoning though if you want it to taste more like ramen, maybe some garlic powder and whatever else suits your taste.

The only way to do permanent damage to your body is by not eating (balanced) enough. Unless that guy suffers from organ damage (doubtful) he can fix himself.
Concerning you, it's possible you're misjudging leftover flabby skin and tissue for fat. Waiting a while or filling up with muscle will fix that. It's also possible your face is swollen. Try stabilizing weight and coverting to muscle and see whether something changes.

I tried IF last week, all it did was make me binge during the eating windows and gain 4 lbs. Trying to fast all day long for extended periods of time made me faint by the third day so that obviously doesn’t work for me.

For some reason spreading out tiny meals for a total of <600 a day is so much easier and manageable for weeks at a time before I have any urge to binge. I guess everyone’s different when it comes to being an ana-chan.

I moved to russia and now i have trouble staying thin too. I know it's just excuses and i want to adapt. But i'm not used to dieting so hard. Any advice on what exercises I should be doing as I approach my target weight?

I currently do 20 push-ups in the morning and in the evening with a few more scattered about. I'm also going to start walking more (roughly around 20-30 minutes a day)

I'm just trying to avoid skinnyfat.

Weight: 119lb

I'm aiming to hit around 110-112lbs.

Modeling pays really badly unless you're consistently booking commercial gigs which is primarily for SEXCORE dudes anyway.

It's no where near as glamour as everyone thinks and there is almost no upward mobility unless you're top .1%

So basically, you could do some castings for a laugh, meet some hot and no doubt vapid people but I wouldn't recommend pursuing it as your main income.
Get something more upwardly mobile and less misery inducing

I can relate with your feelings about your 20y. To bore you with my story, I recall thinking that it had been two decades without having produced anything, that if I hadn't been born at least the world would have saved some resources, and I was very scared of a sudden death (btw, today a guy cut me the road with his car while I was on the bike, guess he took his licence from a kinder surprise, which is absolutely disgusting).
I also felt bad for my studies, "I'm not as ingenious as this guy", "the subject is going to be done by machines in few years anyway" (goddamn Voevodsky), and people just hate it, so why continue? Because I like it, I want to know more, and I don't own anything to anybody (besides my parents).

It's usually fruit, vegetables, lean meat and some carbs like pasta and etc.

I just drink water, squash and 0 cal drinks like Diet Coke/Monster.

yeah, i got diarrhea too during the first couple of days.

the only thing i can suggest is to stay away completely from diet soda, coffee, etc.
the artificial sweeteners in the soda might be changing your gut biome, and the caffeine might have some kind of effect on how quickly your colon empties (and as such, how much water is removed from the stool)
