Woke up with this on my ankle after a night on the puss cause a friend has recently gotten a tattoo fun
Line work is crazy and the significance is marginal (apparently the inspiration came from me liking the drug Dxm which is called robotripping)
But I'm actually pretty stoked, and it's in a subtle enough area that when I do regret it I wont really care
Have a few other home jobs, and could see myself getting a few more, but can't see myself ever committing to an actual tattoo even if it's way nicer or whatever

For the low side spot, definitely the worst part of all the things I have on my sides. Both in the position you'll have to hold, and the feel at the time. Not necessarily the worst spot I've ever had done though, I don;t imagine you'll have a problem sitting it.

My shoulder wasn't bad at all but there was one half-inch section of a line that was mighty tender. It wasn't unbearable but it was worse than the rest and the only part of it I would consider painful.

I'm assuming the side spot will hurt at least that bad for the entirety of it. That's what I'm mentally prepared for at a minimum. Which one of those hurt the most? I really like them by the way. Yeah I was thinking that eel looked painful. I only have two tattoos and a stick and poke but I do remember what they felt like. The one on my back isn't very clear except for that one spot. It was a weird sort of pain which is probably why I remember it. The other one is on my right deltoid. I remember more or less what that felt like. It was my first and it wasn't like what I imagined tattoos would feel like. I got it covered up a few years later and I don't really remember it as well but I remember it was pretty much like the first time. My stick and poke didn't hurt at all. Like, literally except for a few pokes I couldn't even really feel it. When I got my shoulder covered up I had to cover her up too so I put clothes on her and that didn't really hurt. I could feel the needle in my skin but it only hurts if I go a certain depth.

The worst part of the eel was him dry wiping the whole thing every time, even when he was just working on the bottom part. Gakkin is obviously an expert, but fuck me that was annoying.
I distinctly remember what the sternum felt like, it was an itchy pain that went right through me. A more sort of 'ticklish' pain like the nipples, soles of the feet and stomach I can bear a lot better for whatever reason. Stick and poke doesn't hold much interest for me, the designs are too small although it is interesting hearing how they feel compared to a machine. Funny how after a while you can tell by feel (and the sound of course) what kind of machine is being used.
