Looking for a bag that showed up in a thread a few months ago, had a general blue black colour scheme with that plastic rubbery waterproof material. Had a little tricolour bar of (I think) White, blue and black on the front pocket. Definetly wasn’t from a well known brand and it’s new, a 2018 or 2017 product.

You're not gonna find a fully waterproof bag outside of dry bags/overengineered and expensive bullshit. Get a bag that sheds water/drains well, and get a pack fly/shroud to go over it.

As for bags, Mystery Ranch is a gold standard for technical gear. Absolutely zero internal organization, usually just one giant compartment, but they're great bags that carry exceptionally well.
