Ditch the belt, ditch the chain. The jeans seem to be a bad fit too, it is of course hard to tell but it looks like it is thick and heavy and the seams being visible looks bad. The top and necklace are okay, the shoes could be okay with another sort of outfit, it's hard to tell, but choosing some boots like pic related might fit better. I can see what you're trying to go for, just try to be more subtle about it.

Change shoes to something chunky and black as other anons have said.
Top is too tight for the silhouette of the pants. Throw on a cropped black denim jacket or something. Make sure it doesn't have contrast stitching like the pants, that'd be overkill.

OP I'm assuming this is a troll post. None of the pieces work together, at all. This is neither /fa/ or badass or tacky. This is just bad. It doesn't even have enough personality to be tacky, it's just bad and bland, but mostly jst bad.
