Converse will be the next Converse. I genuinely cannot think of another shoe that has been at least mildly fashionable for so long. I mean, Vans and Superstars (to a lesser extent) have become popular with NPCs, but Converse are still around. Call me a fag (I am a fag), but they just work imo

I can wear converse all day long without issue, byt Flyers chafe my feet in different parts.

Not a bad shoe, mind you, but apparently not for my feet. I doubt I'd ever get another pair of Flyers ever.

As a side note, does anyone here have experience with pro keds? Sizing, confiness, etc.? I've been thinking about copping a pair, but they don't sell them in my country and I'd have to order online.

tommy hilfiger shoes are what i mostly wear, they make good casual shoes as well as nice and comfy boat shoes. but they nothing can ever beat converse.

Converse, their sales in NA have been declining for a while now. Nike has been intentionally
clearing up the market of converse shoes because of over saturation. They'll be due for a
"comeback" soon anyways. To be honest I'm already sick of the chunky sneaker trend but
apparently it will continue in 2019. Personally, I've been feeling the converse fastbreak leather low tops.

Regular converse shoes are cheap pieces of garbage. PF flyers have better laces and thicker canvas. They're better.

And a better insole, but fair enough. I was just trying to explain that at a lower price, PF Flyers are just an all around higher quality shoe, regardless of their looks. They're certainly not cheap knockoffs.

Vans Authentic are not only uncomfortable, but impossible to clean - water leaves yellow stains.

Maybe Converse are the next Converse, as >>13841132 said. We had Converse in the early 2000's, then in the early 2010's (and before) we had Vans, Stan Smiths, Superstars and One Stars. Maybe Chucks will make a comeback.
