It never got cold enough to actually warrant winter clothes -except maybe one day a year and then people usually just went overkill because they're not used to it

I grew up on a ranch, so when I moved to the city I found it really funny that Carhartt and other work-wear came into fashion for people who weren' shoveling shit or bailing hay.
That being said, my dorky Carhartt jacket was one of the warmest things I've ever owned, and I'm excited now that they're making items like that which are better looking than the coat I had.
