white shoes almost always are shit, especially high sole, if you arent asian female. You dont want at any circumstances to show your tshirt from under your pullover, it just ruins the overall presentation of that piece, weighting it down with a 1 dollar t. do not wear a dark layer underneath a light one, always the other way around. this way, it makes it look like you have a onesie with a t shirt over it. why the chain and the popped collar? i know exactly the fits you're copying over here (from r/streetwear) and i can say i never saw it where it worked. if you wanna wear a shirt underneath a sweatshirt for example, do it subtly like pic related (i do this myself often). don't just add shit to your fit like any random accessories, work from the ground up. everything needs to have a reason why it's there. the chain also makes you look like gipsy. also, whenever possible try to avoid doing matchy-matchy. yes, this even works with white. starting with a white top, into black pants, into white shoes looks fucking stupid imo. white sneakers are super overrated, just get black ones. this fit would look a million times better if you just wore a t shirt with those black joggers and some plain black canvas shoes. and the t shirt graphic (which is kinda cool) would stand out more.
also consider no-poo, and make your bed (and stop going to r streetwear for inspo its really bad)

That said the shirt is the least of your problems here.
