i agree that angles for pictures are important but i would advise you just put your phone near the bottom of your face to just show your eyes/nose bridge for a clear angle. your head def looks normal here but idk if id say its on the small side for your height. good fits though

Just always avoid baggy clothes when you're short. It'll instantly make you look better than all the other short guys who have no idea what tailoring is and wear awful baggy pants.

Also in my experience raglan shirts are absolutely amazing for shorter dudes for whatever reason. I can't explain it but I always feel like I (and other short guys I see) look better in them. I think they just make your torso look a little longer.
