I have unironcially not been able to get the damn watch case back off and I am going to take it into the local scientific horology shop tomorrow to financially compensate a classically trained swiss watchmaker to remove it with Bergeon tools originally designed for use on the Space Shuttle.

is that because the motor is too weak and the hands too heavy to make them longer ? I know that my GS has 2 motors in it so the hands dont wiggle when it ticks.
