What excercises or methods do people do to get better defined face?

Also, where to buy gum that’s good for strengthening jaw that isn’t weird Arabic gum that I can only get online?

I've looked up mewing on the recommendation of /fit/, /pol/, and here. It's only been two months of daily facial exercise but I think I'm starting to notice a slight difference. It's hard for me to believe that people get those model-tier chin / jaw lines naturally and without any effort.
Coming from someone who was 5'11 and 127 lbs, weight (lackthereof) didn't seem to be the most significant factor in having a noticeable jawline

genuine autism. that word gets thrown around very liberally here, but this is actually autistic, or just straight up delusional. nothing is happening from your "facial exercises"

What basis do you have for saying that ? Why should I believe your claim when there are medical studies which back the validity of facial exercises and its relationship to toning the face.

1. be in good shape
2. make a ball out of ~5 regular chewing gums, chew on it for a while, throw it in the fridge, chew again, fridge, repeat.
this will make the gum last forever and when you take it out of the fridge to chew again it will be harder, making it better

You don't need jaw surgery if you have a bit of fat on your neck that you want gone. Just do exercises like running or biking and that goes away quick. Also don't be a fucjing slob and eat healthy shit.

Nope, not at all. But what it is is a collection of factors that you can't do much about when you're an adult.

I exaggerate. Yeah, there's a genetic role. But all these people with fucked up faces didn't just get the bad end of a genetic mutation.
I mean think about it. For most of human history a dental infection could have killed you and you needed a good bite.
So how would it be the case that all these guys that need so much orthodontic work and surgery didn't get cleaned out of the gene pool 30,000 years ago?

all the soft food in the modern first world diet makes kids end up with underdeveloped jaws, traditional cultures don't have this problem

all these parents who obsess over feeding their kids organic, gluten-free food should really be giving them tough bread and beef jerky, but no one really cares about attractive facial features and healthy teeth for some reason

You just got better at posing for photos and using lighting.

see head position from front: your head is further forward and down, accentuating the jawline.

So, good job wasting a year

I think there's a kind of 'ologist whose whole job is that.
I never mouth-breathed outside of a cold/flu in my life but shitty tongue posture fucked my face.
Tongue posture, body posture, hard-chewing, sun and exercise, back sleeping etc.
Hopefully our generation works out their kids need this and we're the only cuckfaces.

In my country we have public and private dental. Public is mostly only funded for kids and there's long queues.
My parents were like "Nah, nah, dw about those queues. We'll pay for you to get private."
When I was 23 I was like "Man, are you ever going to pay for my teeth to get fixed like you said?"
"WTF?! You should have realized by now we weren't going to."
Probably would have had way better aesthetics if that work had been done in my teens.

>> No.13443540

oh, that actually is unlucky anon.
I had a lot of dental/orthodontist work when I was younger, so luckily my looks weren't ruined.
I wouldn't been screwed if my parents couldn't pay it though.
Shit, I had like extensive work thinking about it now.

Palette expansion as a child saved my face

its worth it if you can afford it for sure though.
i mean my jaw is still kinda narrow, but it would have been bad without expansion
