I can't be the only one who wants to tuck in his shirts without looking like I'm wearing women's pants and having to tuck them back in everytime I move an inch...

I've been looking for casual trousers or jeans with a mid-high rise and for so far it seems like bespoke or made-to-measure is my only way to go, which I think is unnecessary.

I could shit talk about this for hours but I just need a bunch of bottoms with a higher-than-average rise.

There was a "dropped-crotch jean" made by cheap monday which were just actual super-high rise trousers if you wore them at the waist line.
I can't seem to find them anymore, if you can, I would appreciate a link.

This is a pretty close representation of what I have but they look different. If you wear them at the hip they are drop crotch and baggy but if you wear them at the waist they are tapered and high rise without a noticeable drop crotch

No the ones I have are not cropped and have a zip fly. The rise looks about the same and comfortably reaches my belly button, they are a true high rise.
The material is listed the same so I would say they are probably pretty close in quality.
I paid 60$ on some kind of sale and it was well worth it.
