What information is that picture supposed to convey to us? The first thing that comes to mind is unironic autism. I hope you have never worn that hoodie shirt thing outside outside of 5th grade, it may also just be the angle but i've never seen such an odd fitting pair of mom-blue jeans on a kid in my life. I recommend spending that money on a new pair of jeans or two, a decent casual jacket and some new shirts. I haven't seen your shoes but I think I can safely assume they are just awful, so buy some new shoes too.
