this is only true if you drink extremely large amounts of water, keep it under 1/2 liter per hour to spread it out if you want to be really safe. i recommend drinking about 4L per day total but that depends on what exercise people are doing.

Great job. When you are still pretty heavy, the best thing you can do is two things: count calories using MyFitnessPal or similar, and start eating better food. Eat healthier stuff. You'll find when you are still pretty fat that just eating healthier stuff will make you more full then the junk food did, and that will make it easier to stay within your calories. You'll also get used to eating that type of stuff and after you haven't eaten junk food for a while you'll not want it as much anymore. Most deserts and stuff will become too sweet tasting, and smaller amounts of desert will satisfy you.

As an anon who grew up in a shit neighborhood, I never really saw much of a correlation between visible strength and how well someone was able to defend themselves. If anything a lot of the ottermode types ended up getting their ass kicked. I think fighting is really more of a skill than a strength thing. Within reason of course. Posture seems to have a lot to do with it. If you're bending too much in the upper back the belly sticks out beyond the pecs, but it's a problem I've yet to fix permanently, I'm not sure how to fix it all together.

Muscle to fat ratio seems to be a thing. You seem to need to have some muscle if you want to cut super low, but at the same time the muscle seems to push the fat forward.

The same thing happens to your body if you fast for a minimum of 14 hours.

in the original photo, my fat ass weighed 88kg, 195lbs

so quite overweight. I seem to have a wide face, but basically how lean and skinny your face looks requires both LOW body fat and also DEHYDRATION

you have to push put all that fluid, salt, potassium, etc from your cheeks and jaw and chin by eating no salt for a week, and hitting the sauna/hot shower and doing sweaty cardio
