maybe i'm speaking out of my ass but its not gonna be your camera body itself that will give you that look, you're going to want to look at lenses and film. Film is probably Fuji. Personally the film looks a bit overexposed so thats more of a setting thing, and i'd say thats maybe a 35mm lens? not sure though

Very simple.

Route A) Digital
Get a lens of 50mm or equivalent focal length.
Go outside on a sunny day.
Shoot in whatever mode you want, but set the exposure compensation to around +1 depending on how blown out you want the whites to be.
Go into Lightroom, apply VSCO Portra 400 preset.
Fuck around with it until you like it.
Oh and to get that 'faded black' look go to the Curves menu and raise the lowest anchor point up a little bit.

Route B) Film
Acquire 50mm lens
Acquire Portra 400 film
Go outside on a sunny day.
Set your settings based on the camera's meter (or handheld meter)
Overexpose by 1 stop by opening your aperture one 'click' or by doubling your shutter time (e.g 1/500 to 1/250)
Send film to lab, order a scan
Go into Lightroom and fuck with it until satisfied
