the seam going down the toebox is weird. these will just look off. do not kop. do you want chelseas or side zips? lots of places did chelseas after slp so you can probably find them second hand, but side zips are harder to get.

I kinda like the seam with the more square toebox. Completely different aesthetic than slp but still looks good imo

not really a very good alternative. I was once poor and couldn't afford slp boots, so I tried out a lot of alternatives.

Your best bet for copies of the wyatt last are the RTW story et fall boots, Everyday hero and florsheim are like B- copies. Florsheims are closer to Hedi's zip boots at Dior but not quite as elegant or well made.

You would definitely like the Diors better then mate. If you like the design details on these try them out but don't expect them to have more than a passing resemblance to Hedi's footwear

story et fall makes by far the best slp type of boots. i used to have tan jodhpurs from slp and sold them and bought a pair of story et fall ones instead. the quality is like almost exactly the same except the story et fall boots cost me $400 less

the new RTW last is much less chunky. Its like inbetween the wyatt last and the devon from SLP. The 545 or whatever the number is, the Line boot I think its called, has paneling/seams kinda like these. I was considering a pair.

OP here so yeah im not really trying to copy the slp look story et fall doesn't ship til april and i tried theirs already and wasnt a huge fan. Not looking for slp alternatives just wondering your guy's opinion on the florsheims lol

Yeah i checked them out. They have some nice styles but still seem too expensive/hard to aquire
