The Soloist is my favorite so far, I'm very happy and excited that he's back to doing runway shows in Europe. His collection was so meticulously crafted and the styling was as top-notch as always, he knocked it out the park. UC however... fucking sucked.

I'd say just reading about shit is more beneficial in that case, SZ has lot of great threads with ton of discussion about designers, granted it's all more focused on the 'dark artisanal' or 'avant garde' designers or what ever you want to label that kinda thing.
Also just reading press coverage and interviews of designers and shows is not too bad. If something intrigues more just search more about that specific designer or label, checking your local libraries for fashion books is not a bad idea either.
