I understand, thanks for the input, the sweater and pants are from zara, I know its cheap but I rather spend my budget on quality outerwear and shoes. The first jacket was the most expensive one. about $600, the most i've ever spent on a coat like that. But I also factor in versatility and ease of being able to combine with different stuff. I don't know maybe I just think too much. The only 'good' accessory I have is the black and gold watch which I got as a gift. I am plannig on buying more watches though.

The silhouette in that one is great, the top and bottom work together really well and is loose and flows. Yours does not flow at all. Even in >>12976294 there isn't an overall shape like in the previous one, but it flows together because of the length of the sweater and size/closeness of pants with the jackets. In addition, the maroon and black/greys come together nicely. In the previous one, the tanish off white goes perfect with the brown pants and even the socks. Yours outfit does not have any sort of color coordination.

As for the fit of the individual pieces, the pants are way loose and long. You don't need skin tight cropped pants but you don't want the boxy folds around your shins and the bunching up around your shoes (especially if they're low top shoes) which both indicate too loose/too long. Some stacking is cool (if you have the right shoes) but that is not the case in your fit. That shirt is bad, plaid can be interesting in a grungy SLP way or in some nxtlvl yohji style fit but not in a failed office casual way.

You desperately need different shoes. Literally most basic things will do better, try some OG vans high tops or something or nike blazers as a starting place. In addition, if you were actually serious about your mom buying your clothes (which seems like a total possibility seeing as you don't even look like you're halfway through high school) then now is the time to tell her you want to dress a certain way and you want to find clothes yourself. try on in the mall then buy online
