Goal : 115 lbs. I've been thinner but it's was because of an eating disorder and I felt sick everyday.
I don't want to be the thinnest, just to feel a bit more delicate and cuter.

I eat roughly less than 1000 kcal/day, and being anxious about getting a new job and new studies made me eat up until 1300 kcal...I know I still won't gain, but I feel bad about it for some reason. I hate having that full feeling, I feel like my stomach is going to expand overnight and I'll have more of an appetite just because of that

I have a huge problem. I have two weeks off work, and I know I have an insane difficulty controlling myself when I'm not doing something all day long (which I can already see for myself every week).

It's not necessarily about the confidence so much as self satisfaction and the way clothes fall for me. Like I feel you will always look allot better wearing clothes and being skinny for me at least.

I've been on /thinspo/ for enough years to know that the only photos that are worthwhile for comparison shots are full body shots without a bunch of clothing on (not lewd obviously, just bra/swimsuit or censoring and shorts or underwear), straight on / no angles. Hello, it's me again. I'm not currently at home right now but I do have some additional pictures that I took last night but aren't particularly good quality and didn't see the need to post.

My weight was 99.4 ibs last time I weighed myself but that is probably my best however the heaviest I've been in the last few weeks or so has been 113.4 ibs. I don't actually look as skinny as I would like, but that's why I am currently trying to cut allot of things out of my diet altogether.

If you choose not to believe I am the weight that I am then perfectly reasonable but I don't really get what incentive I would have to lie.

I pretty much just avoid white bread, pasta, fast food, alcohol, and that's it. I try not to drink much milk either due to hormonal acne but I love coffee and milk - though I try to substitute with almond milk or something. I usually eat one or two decent sized meals a day, and have a couple of smaller snacks (I don't eat a big breakfast, I consider what I eat for breakfast a snack). I can't say I am very disciplined about my meals or calorie counting. It's more about if I'm hungry or how I'm feeling. I try to be active as well.

Biggest lesson I've learned is that hunger comes in waves. When you get hungry and shouldn't eat, you just need to tell yourself "this feeling will pass" and in another 20-30 minutes it really does. I seem to get a sharp hunger wave about 2 hours after I eat lunch, it stays around for maybe 30min and then goes away until dinner. I used to cave and snack during that time, but I've since found it basically doesn't help - it just moves that hunger period back again.

Basically the biggest redpill I've had about hunger is that eating doesn't solve it.

Probably not I'm horrible at keeping a diet. I just eat whatever is simple and affordable and thank my genes for keeping me petite.
