*You are not a blank slate for clothing. Some stuff will look better on your than other stuff and you can only modify your body to a finite point to change what clothes will look good on you.
*There's an entire world of people with strong personalities that do not think about fashion. They just put on crap that their wives buy them and their dear old mum gave them for Christmas.
