basic can be good. Your art style is very anime though, which in my opinion needs to be very developed and detail oriented to actually pull off having something look fashionable in said style. Saying "i'm not creative enough" is an excuse dude. Practice until you can depict even basic stuff in ways that look awesome. Fucking around with other art styles and drawing from life will help.

Doodle-kun here, I've made drawings with him dressed in military shemaghs, and lunarcore shit, but I guess his "iconic" look is usually gothninja all black Tricky Ricky.

But I think it's fun to dress him in other stuff like milspo or lunar core, sandcore, techninja etc.
Pretty much as long as he has a Hitler youth and looks condescending and dead inside, it's pretty easy to tell it's FA-tan

Well maybe not "military" shemaghs but they definitely are not just plain scarves.

Shemaghs are lighter and keep you cooler, and are long as shit and fairly decorative

And they're fairly cheap and if you want you can find them online used or on craigslist for even cheaper

really nice to see a proper old-school drawing thread with several talented people in it.

if I were you I would immerse myself in all kinds of designs, and then try my hand at drawing new garments and then try to make them reality. that's a hurdle in the design process for new designers - to move the new concepts properly from their brains unto paper, and then into fabrics.

if anyone of you feel like drawing something that's not-black, feel free to try your hand at this. it would be much appreciated.

I really hope you realize this isn't an art board this is a fashion board, and this is a very slow thread so if it wasn't for a good portion of the posters that drew or sketched something quick this thread would have EASILY died days and days ago, probably within the 1st 24 hrs

And you also must realize that most of us just doodle or sketch here and there and aren't obsessed with drawing as much as /ic/ usually is so lots of us just wanted to get some ideas or doodles or sketched out quick to get out there and bounce ideas or styles off

If we wanted to take our drawing and sketching seriously and have our ass chewed out we would've posted in /ic/ asking for critiq but we didn't
We just made this thread cause we all love fashion and some of us draw and doodle and wanted to see each other's ideas

I'm late to this thread but I have a very specific request.

I want a drawing of a guy with a beard and top knot hairstyle (the shaved sides version) holding a modded out vape in one hand and a fidget spinner in the other hand while riding a hoverboard scooter and exhaling a cloud of vapor. Also he needs to be dabbing at the same time and wearing a male romper with tan yeezys.

If there's anything else you could imagine to make this worse let me know, but basically I'm trying to take every cringey basic trend and contain it all within one image. He could use some jewelry or a shitty tattoo but I'm not sure what's been popular lately.
