The length of the jacket seems almost overly short compared to the cuff length. The undershirt works for the style for the black coat you were going for. I see the vision you were going for in a sense but you stopped completely at a point since you adopted the black color fashion that seems to permeate some "fashion-goers". I'm not really sure why you don't like the length of the blazer; to clarify if it's not obvious, the last inch or so of sleeve is from the shirt, not the blazer - the sleeve and body lengths of the blazer seem pretty in proportion to me. I guess the blazer is about the same length as the shirt which might be screwing up the lines? idk

Anyway I get what you mean about it being a bit safe/boring but that was partially by design. I feel like the trousers are already pretty loud, and since this was just an everyday fit I didn't want to overdo it, so kept it a bit more conservative.

Having said that, I have struggled to pair these trousers with more colourful shit in a way that looks decent; that's definitely something I want to experiment more with.

I think the jeans work with the top half, you just need different shoes. The CDBs and faded denim give off a heritage vibe that clashes with the more technical top

the lighting and basic background is an odd paring with the outfit, making you come off goofier than you wanted to (like wearing anime cosplay to a business meeting)

given the right setting, this is a solid fit and i would think of you as a brooding, collective and deep lad in his mid twenties.
