I do. I used to high bar squat 315 to 345 on a weekly basis 2 years ago but it places such an ungodly amount to stress on your body. It really hinders your ability to do much of anything else physically that's not weight training.

My leg weight training revolves only around high rep front squats, RDLs, and high rep BW lunges.

Finally got to use a digital scale yesterday, i have only had access to mechanical ones and i feel like they are not to be trusted. 54.6 kgs (BMI 17.4) in clothing and with food/drinks in me. 55 was my goal weight when i started last winter. I'm 1.78m
I was 95kg in February.
Me and my dietitian aimed to 80kg.
I slimmed down to 77kg by July.
We said it's great for my height and I need to go into maintenance mode.
But I was still fat in some places especially my belly and tits.

I stayed at 77-78kg until now.
I decided to start again today and go down to like 74kg and see what I look like then.

Post-Christmas sales start at around 10th of January, I can be 73-74kg by then and hopefully I'll be truly slim.

Pic related, I want to have a "bridge" at my hips this coming summer.

I would say make sure you get the amount of calories you're aiming for. Don't view it as every calorie under your calorie goal is a good thing, view it as a calorie over and a calorie under is equally bad. Make sure you're filling your calories by eating moderately healthy stuff, maybe start the day with an omelette and for lunch have a salad and some fruit and some chicken or something, i.e. make sure you're eating satiating foods that will give you the nutrients you need so you don't feel like binging. Don't set too optimistic a goal, and just try and get on with your diet without binging. This is slightly weird, but if you do feel the need to binge, watch an episode of supersize vs superskinny on youtube. It shows enough delicious food that you feel weirdly satisfied but also shows you how much it sucks to be a total fatty. Good luck anon :^)

i'm 20 y/o 5'10 currently 118lbs (just weighed myself)

but my face is still flat and my belly is somewhat flabby and i have pretty much zero muscle anywhere on my body

should i eat healthy? my diet atm is pretty much just candy and fast food/pizza as well as shitloads of water although i eat at most two meals a day. even when i ate literally whatever i wanted whenever i wanted back in high school i think the most i ever weighed was 125 and i did nothing back then but play video games and draw so quite frankly i don't think gaining weight is a possibility for me
