I have a really weird question for you guys. I know there's going to be some judgement because I recognize how cringey it is, but I'd also appreciate some serious answers.

I used to be into the "Real Life Superhero" movement (which honestly isn't anything more than costumed neighborhood watch) years and years ago and I wanted to give it another shot, if nothing more than for nostalgia. Pic related is the style of what I used to wear, and in retrospect it's totally shit. I'm looking for something better.

I come to you guys instead of /cgl/ because I wanted a more "streetwear" look. Not really focused on mask or symbol design at the moment, just a solid base. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Pic related is an aesthetic that I'm taking a lot of inspiration from with the new costume.

This isn't something I want to be doing for a long time, and I know I'm not going to get anything iconic. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Have you seen Spiderman Vigilante? Search for that.

Just a balaclava, sunglasses, jacket, beanie hat, fingerless gloves, skinny jeans and converse or any sneakers.

Also your idea while noble it's autistic and dangerous. I recommend you carry a concealed Bowie Knife just in case.

Knucks, Bowie & a Tactical Baton and a bike is all you need.

Yes exactly this. This anon has a good idea of how it should be.

Techwear is steetwear but tacticool, many pockets, useful engineered garments.

Techwear doesn't look too bad for what I'm going for. A bit busy though, but I appreciate the suggestions. Any suggestions on minimalist jackets to contrast the techwear?

>>11043912
Something like that is more what I'm going for. Something I can wear in a crowd and it not look too jarring. And a bike+baton is a must.

I'm not really from around here, not sure what a Full Rick is.

Just wear a balaclava. That's the most socially acceptable way to have a mask ready at any time.

Rick Ownes is a fashion designer.

Anyway whats your price range? How much are you willing to invest. If you have a ton of money to invest on this and you want top quality techwear buy Acronym.

If you're poor buy minimalist black Northface outwear, black cargopants from your local military surplus and black or white sneakers.

If you want to fit in at all costs: some nice white sneakers of your choice that you can also parkour comfortably with, levis skinny jeans, a t-shirt and a jacket with lots of pockets.

Do you need any protection? Then try what Varg Virkenes used to do when he was paranoid that someday he would get stabbed by Euronymous:

tee > chain mail > sweatshirt (any outwear does). Look at the types of light protection that was worn in the past. Watch videos about chain mail armor & Gamberson.

Thanks for all the suggestions, that's really in-depth. I was aiming to knock out a few hundred bucks between light armor and costume, but keep it under a grand. Looking at some of his designs, the dude's got a fetish for long jackets but the overall appearance is what I'm going for. Thank you so much.

Well if you wear Rick. Every scumbag you come across is going to try to steal your shoes if they recognize them.

But most normalfags don't so yeah if you like the look go ahead. I recommend the Geobaskets also Rick has a fetish for a lot of things. His main idea is futurism or "avant garde", thats the main concept he uses.
