cheapest while being decent quality is probably Loake

or charles tyrwitt on sale which is literally just rebranded loake

the problem with loake is that if you wear them daily the leather isn't sealed as well or tanned as long as other higher end brands so will wear exceptionally fast particularly on sidewalks

needs a topy to be usable imo
