I guess you get conflicting answers because they fit well in either case. I'm an 8.5 in most shoes, I wear a 7.5 in geos and it fits perfect, with a little room in the toebox. I've tried on an 8.5, and it also fits perfect, but I can't wear them laceless as easily. Basically either size will fit, since it's more about how the cinched part at the ankle holds the shoe on, and even the right size will have lots of toe room. But I went with the smaller of the two so I had the option to go laceless without them rattling around on my feet.

They really are, but I mean that's intended. What's not intended is a super long inseam with no taper... Which is the biggest problem right now, like you would need some big ass calves for these pants to stack properly. Plan on getting them tapered from the knee down, but my biggest fear is the tailor is just going to ignore the curved inseam and taper it as per usual. Stitching is darker in the back because the shoes were worn and then cleaned off. Only thing that doesn't check out is that one squiffy seam but I think that's just a quality control thing. They're defo legit. IIRC grained leather was a S/S 15 iteration.

If you can't afford geos chances are you can't afford the clothes to make them work. Also those are clearly fakes, the back is a totally fucked up shape.

Just find something within your price range right now and maybe cop a real pair later when you've got money and a decent wardrobe, or you could simply put that $60 you're gonna spend into a geo saving pot.
