used to be skinny fat until I became more conscious of the shit I was eating. I'm pretty happy with where I'm at now

problem is clothes tend to make me look like I'm drowning in fabric most of the time

thanks man. I don't work out at all so I don't know how I have the bit of muscle definition that I do, but for me I've found that diet is everything. I don't count calories but I try to eat minimal carbs and cut out junk food all together (chips, refined sugar, greasy fast food)

every once in a while those things are ok, but I eat a lot of protein and don't ever take in a lot of fat. I'm starting to see my abs come through a bit and I've never done a stomach excercise in my life. my metabolism is crazy fast though, so I'm sure that plays a big role

just pay more attention to what you eat (mainly carbs and sugar) and if you drink a lot try staying away from beer and dark liquor. drink a ton of water and consider supplementing with an all natural protein powder. RAW protein is great and can be used as a snack or meal replacement, but I still eat with it. the last thing you want to do is starve yourself

Used to be skinny but still in shape (183 cm 70 kg) then I got really sick and lost a bunch of weight, most of which was muscle because my bodyfat % is shit all. Enjoyed being skinny as fuck for almost two years now, makes clothes look great, but now I'm gonna start working my way up to ottermode for summer. It's not so much the aesthetic value, I just miss having any sort of strength. I can't even put a basketball in the air nicely these days

I lift the max weight I can handle and I do 5x10 repetitions, I eat just proteins (but not only meat, also legumes), lots of vegetables, and very little carbs, but small meals twice a day.
