I can't tell if these posts are just trolls now. No poo works if you have the hair for it (usually drier hair). It's a disaster if you don't have the hair for it (usually greasier hair).

no-poo is short for "no shampoo", which is pretty self-explanatory; the process of removing shampoo from your haircare routine, sometimes partially (only using it 1-2 times a week) and sometimes completely (not having any at all). Some people just clean their hair with water, others use conditioner, some use an apple cider/baking soda combo to make a homemade conditioner which supposedly does wonders

I use conditioner once every 2-3 days and I am pretty sure my hair looks more healthy than yours. Probably also because I use high quality pomades.
