Dude thats a fucking dress shirt. there is a difference between shirts, oxfords, and dress shirts. dress shirts are long as fuck because they're designed to be tucked into a pair of trousers to avoid untucking when you move around. A nice oxford shouldn't fit like that, and should be around the hip region, either tuck that it, tailor it, or buy the correct type of shirt, because thats embarrasingly long.
I did it too when i was 16, its no were as 'clean and nice' as you think it is, trust me , i've been there.

In the interest of constructive analysis though, trucker jackets are intended to fall just at the belt line. It looks like the pants are worn high only to compensate for a lack of jacket length. This also happens to make your torso look cartoonishly small.
