if you want to keep the baggy shirt, then you should skip the jacket for now. it'll create the standard slim legs/baggy top look. very uncontroversial. I'd just recc getting a shirt with a slimmer fit though and stick with the jacket.

color-wise, you currently have white sneakers w green details + black tights + grey shirt + dark purple jacket.
there's something there that is simply is a bit off.

if you're gonna keep the jacket, go with darker shoes. the jacket is the element that takes it away from a basic white-grey-black fit into something else, and I think you need to remove the shoes in order for it to work.

How do I get into slim fitting/skinny pants? I've worn baggy pants for so long that I don't know how to go about at looking at the right brands for slim pants. The second problem with fits like this is there isn't really "a problem." There's nothing so particularly bad that it needs amending so as to save the fit. It's also very hard to imagine this fit so perfect that we could save it with a few major constructive points--in the apparent lack of this, I don't see how it's worth anyone's while to try to break things down. In your case, your pants are already tapered and the contrast of the tigh pants and the bunched sock looks a little weird.
