Sure. It doesn't take a big guy to see that he's DB shrugging wrong. That's putting unnecessary strain on his body. It's already having a hard time, because AAS don't really speed up the strengthening of ligaments, and don't exactly help joints. HGH and some types of AAS fucking cause your joints enough pain and discomfort at a bodybuilding dosage, and this man will be in more pain later on in life.
Also, the restriction masks are nonsense that cause more harm than good.
