so a few days ago I sent some pics to a few agencies, one of them sent me a mail basicaly saying that they cant just add me to their list of models because I have no portofolio/experience etc, so they gave me this offer saying that if I pay them 175 euros or something I will get catwalk classes, profesional pictures taken and theyll add me to their list of models for 1 year.

is this a bad deal /fa/?

You could ask how often their models get gigs and how much they pay, I mean the 175 ain't too much if you are going to get modeling jobs fairly fast and get that money back.

You'll be fine after a while of lifting and cardio.
Check out a program called Greyskull LP, read on the forums, and make a constant effort to improve your lifting form. There are all sorts of plug ins to add on to the program too.
You lift Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
You do some sort of cardio on the off days, if you want to lean up.
As for diet, I'd suggest you google up a BMR calculator, and look into eating at a deficit.
You can do it with cardio, eating less or better yet both.
Ramp up to taking to taking 3 200mg caffeine pills and 3 25mg Ephedrine pills a day. Or whatever amount you're comfortable with.
The ephedrine is usually from Bronkaid, which you can get at a pharmacy.
The EC stack is pretty much useless if you aren't at a deficit. It also helps alot with appetite suppression and I've found it helps my mood alot.
It's a tried and true method.
