Place looks nice but there is so much shit lined against the wall that it looks like they are in the midst of spring cleaning. All that space just sitting around could be used for better furniture placement.

depending of your city, I'd say somewhere between 1000 and 3000+ per month if the floors are legal (they are often not, thus need complete rebuilding...things many owners don't care about.)

in heating it's going to cost you even more, and you probably won't have water waste system (toilets/faucets)

I know there's a website that let you choose, along with lots of HD pictures, many places like those to film movies, so I guess it could be a good start.

Poor guy. I had one like this in law school (well, it was half submerged, on a hill) and the lack of sunlight blew ass.

As for the color? I honestly like that steel-ish blue, but it depends on your furniture. What do you have?

I hate these threads
I finally moved into a nice enough house with nice open rooms with large windows but then I look at the wiring and it's completely shit, outlets are off center, phone/ethernet is cut/broken and coax isn't wired properly and placed in the worse areas.
So while I could have finally have a nice looking room I can't place anything where I want it without having wires all over the fucking place, the worse part is I could move and wire things myself while keeping it up to code but it's a rental
