Nice man. Ramus angle isn't exactly god tier like Nessman but it's pretty dope. Yeah like you said, cheekbones and chin. Think your jaw grew slightly down during your childhood (maybe cos of a slight over bite?), you can get a transplant/extension to get make your lower jaw rotate down and forwards, this will bring your chin out and you'll have a model tier profile. Cheekbones you can get transplants too I think, good thing your midface has a nice development and has grown forward.

Also do take care of your body, seeing such an aesthetic face on a pencil neck is such a shame.
