I would just keep your hair as not-oily as possible and pull it up in a pony tail or something for now until you feel like you know what style will look best while your hair is still long enough to do stuff with it.

as for losing weight, running is alright, but you're going to lose the vast majority of weight just by diet alone so running won't do a whole lot. browse /fit/ if you want, but i'd recommend cutting almost all carbs and trying to stick to 2k calories a day at the most while consuming 100 grams of protein and doing powerlifting like StrongLifts 5x5. make the most out of whatever muscle you do have, and then move into fashion once you have the right body for it.

You can buy all the clothes in the world, but most likely they won't work with your body type until you shed the fat and replace it with some decent muscle. you can do it bruh.

Sides are even, for some time my top was more "symmetrical" but after it grew longer I started moving it to the side with fingers and it just stuck with me. And as you can see, one side looks like it's combed and other side looks like a mess, because I just style my hair that way.
