In isolation the pants/boots look nice together, but the sweater looks as cheap as it probably is. Especially so when contrasted with the nicer texture of the outlier pants. In an outfit as simple as this texture takes priority for me so replacing that sweater with one of higher cotton / wool quality would do you worlds of good.
