Oryx and Crake and Year of the Flood are pretty close for me. I preferred the story and format of the first novel, but really like the filling in of the background in Year of the Flood and MaddAddam.

Top film is Adaptation, directed by Spike Jonze, screenplay by Charlie Kaufman so it's similar to Being John Malchovich in the sense that it's pretty surreal.

Corner music is Heartland by Owen Pallett, definitely one of my favourite artists currently around and all of his work is fantastic.

Don't watch a huge amount of T.V. Just getting into some new shows now.
