This is like what every 20 something male thinks is fashionable nowadays. I still dress kind of like this sometimes. But I'm more out there with chino colours: pale yellow and a strong red. You'll blend in if you dress like this, but it's hard to stand out. It definitely does get you laid weirdly enough.

Along with Brooks Brothers & to a certain extent J Crew, Brooklyn Tailors also has some really nice oxford shirts, but since they are a small boutique they run out of the popular styles fast.

Also Gant Rugger is a good classic brand for not just OCBDs, but everything else as well.

Here it's mostly a problem with the shirt and the washed denim themselves. You could do this with other fabrics/patterns and another pair of jeans and it'd look much better, though a belt would be a big help.
