I have been in a similar situation, and I have been gaining weight very fast. I make very easy and fast meals that are rich for protein.

For breakfast I eat oats with cold milk, peanut butter and maybe a banana, for lunch I eat a pan fried chicken breast with spinach/green beans/peas and for dinner I eat eggs and toasts with tuna and cheese. I also drink 1-2 glasses of milk after workout.

For exercise, people already have recommended you the pushups, but your arm twigs are probably too weak for them. Look up how to do inclined pushups first. I went from 6'2 127 pounds at 6'2" to 138 pounds in around 2 months.

Also, look up GOMAD if you really can't force yourself to eat.

You'd probably have to limit yourself to like 500 cals a day desu. Try a month of varying calorie intake, from as little as 120 cals to 500 cals. Definitely not recommended but in your instance would be the best option. Make sure to drink a shit tonne of water and at least do SOME exercise.
