OP still here? Nobody at your school is going to care what you wear, so wear whatever kind of outfit you want. Your clothing choices are obviously immature in a bad way. This can be fixed.

Quick tips:
-Don't wear red converse, you'll look like a clown. Pick a darker color or something other than converse. You could always go buy cheap dye and change the color that way.
-Backpack is extremely dull, not even the corny rainbow can give it life. I'm sure it's functional but you could do much better. Adding some pins, buttons or patches could break the monotonous sadness the bag has.
-Go with the Gorillaz shirt.
-Sailor Moon is a huge red flag. At least pick an anime that isn't synonymous with poor taste. Not saying the anime itself is horrible, but wearing those socks will give you that shitty new-age ironic weeaboo look. Those black long stockings would be a better choice.
-Chokers can either look terrible or amazing. If you wear it everyday people might think you are a furry or into pet-play. If you want to give out those messages, then go for it.
-Jeans always look good as long as they fit right. Can't tell if those are full pants or cut shorts. Either are good.
-No idea what make-up that is. Sorry.

Big tip: Look up color theory for clothing and try to follow those rules to create a better wardrobe for yourself. You can still have fun with color but make sure it all works together with what you are wearing.

If you can't get clothing due to financial reasons, go to second hand stores or shop around for deals at any clothing store. You would be surprised how often you can find cheaper clothing at retail shops compared to thrift stores. Buying multiples for deals can also help as well, or look for coupons or special events that give you reduced prices.
