Don't listen to people here tell you that you cannot look good while being thicc. You just won't be able to wear most of what /fa/ likes, because many strive in being thin around here.

With that being said, there's a fine line between what I believe as being "thicc" and just being overweight & fat. Kim Kardashian is thicc, because she has a good bit of fat allocated in the spots that grab my attention (breasts, ass, and thighs) with just a little in the places where I see fat as being a problem (waist, face, arms, and thighs (to an extent) ).

Not everyone is blessed with these genes, so I'd just tell you to make sure you reach a healthy weight range for your height and age, and then go from there. I don't know for sure, but I am almost positive Kim K. has a couple of doctors whose job it is to come up with the best macros and work-out routines to ensure that she keeps her current figure, since it's why she makes most of her money.

However, your pic related isn't thicc, because her ass is almost solid muscle, and her breasts look bigger because of the amount of pectoral muscle she has pushing them up. This isn't to say that she couldn't be thicc, because she probably has the potential to be able to allocate more fat in those spots, but it's just that she's very tone, which I also find as being very attractive as well.

I'd tell you to figure out the amount of calories you would need to cut per day in order to lose .5 to 1 pound per week. Restrict your new calorie intake to a certain window, like only eating between the hours of 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (this will ensure that you can count your calories easily, establish a healthy eating routine, and make it harder for you to snack before bed-time, since you'll feel satiated because you ate 1,200-2,000 calories within a four hour window.)

Start with your eating habits first, and then whenever you believe you have established a routine, start walking/running right before your first meal. Good luck.
